Riu and Change of Scene Travel Guarantee

It is our commitment to provide our clients with the level of services as described in tour brochures. Accordingly, if one of our clients finds themselves unhappy with something promised in a brochure that we were unable to deliver, while staying at any Riu Resort, we guarantee to solve the problem within 24 hours of hearing about it or come up with a viable alternative. If Riu unable to fulfill this commitment, then they will compensate you with a free return stay for the hotel category and duration of your original booking (to a maximum of 14 days).
