Spain
Valderrama
In November 1991, Valderrama was voted the number one golf course in Europe.
It's architect, the world acclaimed Robert Trent Jones, has long regarded
the design of the course as one of his finest achievements. Set in beautiful
Southern Spain, the course was originally known as the Sotogrande New

and his associates whose aim was to transform the course into a true Championship
venue to rival the very best courses in the world.
